Custom Order Process

All furniture and decor items are custom-made to order. Production begins after design approval and 50% deposit payment. Estimated completion times range from 2-8 weeks depending on project complexity and current order volume.

Pricing and Payment

Quoted prices include materials, labor, and standard finish. Custom modifications, premium wood selection, or special finishes may incur additional charges. Payment schedule: 50% deposit to begin work, 50% balance due upon completion.

Material Characteristics

Reclaimed barn wood is a natural material with unique characteristics including:

• Natural variations in color, grain, and texture
• Historic nail holes, knots, and weathering marks
• Slight dimensional variations due to age and settling
• Potential minor cracking as wood continues to cure

These characteristics are part of the authentic rustic charm and are not considered defects.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery within 50 miles of Franklin, TN is included for orders over $500. Installation services available for additional fee. Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access to delivery location.

Warranty

We warranty our craftsmanship for 2 years from delivery date. This covers structural integrity and joinery, but does not cover normal wear, misuse, or natural wood movement. Wood care instructions provided with each order.

Cancellations and Returns

Due to the custom nature of our work, orders cannot be cancelled once production begins. Returns are not accepted except for items that arrive damaged during shipping or have manufacturing defects.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective items. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages. Customer assumes responsibility for proper care and use of reclaimed wood furniture.
